one-on-one classes

I specialize in gentle adaptive yoga classes and have experience teaching clients of all ages in the postpartum period, post-surgery, with traumatic brain injuries, dementia, arthritis, and de-conditioning as a result of falls, aging, and social isolation.

My skills and expertise as an occupational therapist give me a unique ability to view yoga through the lens of functional movement for everyday comfort and freedom.

One-on-one classes are available via Zoom or in person with COVID precautions.

group classes

Group classes are great if you have a group of people that you’d like to all receive a custom class. Get a group together to meet up virtually, spend time learning something together even if you’re far apart. I have experience teaching children and adults of all abilities so it is great for all ages. 

I’ve taught to work groups, friends before brunch, a group of families, and at kids birthday parties.
